Hating Air India and India is a hobby of few NRI
There is a common trend wherein few NRI like to criticize India whenever it is possible. The day they land in a foreign country their attitude towards India changes. As they get permanent status in the foreign land, they start comparing their newly adopted country with India. The country where they were born and brought up deserve highest love and respect rather than finding fault and criticizing in every matters.
NRI with enemy agenda
Many times they support other political group who are intentionally creating a bad image for India. There are few NRI who regularly protest against India on the streets of USA , Canada , Australia and UK and also in front of Indian Embassies. Once someone surrender his Indian passport and take a oath to get citizenship of another country to get a new passport , he should stop worrying about India . Why they do protest against India on the streets of foreign country ? . What they get out of it !!
Once I was travelling by air to Delhi during summer vacation. There were few European tourists in the flight. The flight was full of transit passengers coming from a European country, most of them were NRI. I could see their erratic behaviours and face expression as they boarded the plane and flight departed for Delhi. The show off started by NRI just to impress other passengers that they are NRI.
My personnel experience
One sitting on my next row with a European couple was a matured NRI Indian ‘’Uncle’’. During the journey this ‘’Uncle’’ nonstop was talking and telling the European couple all negative things about India eg. pick pocketer , polluted water , corruption , no traffic rule , unsafe night travelling , theft etc . I was so annoyed to listen to all this. After reaching at Delhi airport ( old terminal building ) , by chance the same ‘’Uncle’’ was next to me in the queue at immigration counter , and was giving dirty look and comments about the Airport terminal . When his turn come at the counter for immigration check, he complained nastily to passport officer that this Airport building is very ugly and give a smell of ‘’Phenyl’’. This upset the passport officer who angerly & bluntly told him, ‘’ Go back to the country you have come from, if you do not like this Airport’’. The Uncle felt insulted and argued with the passport officer and then with his boss. This is the mindset few NRI carry all the time. The ‘’Uncle’’ cursed India and Indian Govt and left. This is just one of an examples which I have experienced personally and sharing it here with you.
True Indian
The first generation NRI who left India during 60s love their country , their parents , the village , the parental home and every thing related to their childhood in India. Despite being NRI they did not in general criticize India and always have a praise for their home country. They preached Indian history to their sons / daughters and made them to travel to India to see their realities and grandparents . They constructed big houses and wanted to come back to India after retirement. These NRI are the pure soul of India.
The second generation NRI ( half Desi ) who do have little knowledge of India , are the one who started disliking India as though it is an Indian custom. Their hate started from Air India , Dirty railway station , dirty Bus stand , bad roads and lack of shopping mall & fast food joints. These are the one who enjoy making jokes on India. They have hardly travelled to India and have no interest to know India.
The third generation NRI ( full Desi ) , who were born in foreign countries , have no clue about India . These are the one who have rarely travelled to India to their ancestral home. These are the one who started searching for KFC , McDonald ,Pizza hut joint as they land In India. They have no emotional bond with India but go there as tourist, like going to any amusement park. They are the most innocent NRI and very rarely criticize India , until unless their parents have any grudge against Indian system .
NRI are ambassadors of India
NRI are the India’s ambassador to this world. No Indian will like that their country images is being tarnished by their own men in another country , what ever the reason. It is the duty of NRI parents to teach their Sons/Daughters about Indian heritage , culture and their grass route. #ESKmehta
People should take their responsibility to keep their place clean and tidy . They should treat their country like their own home. Rest” Kuch Tooh Log Kahege….Logo Ka Kaam hai Kehna…”
